I have been testing out a lot of new products throughout the month of March and rediscovering some old products in my stash. Here are some of my favourite discoveries this month:
Nyx Highlight and Contour Pro Palette – This product has been something I have reached for everyday, whether I am going for a subtle everyday look or a full on glam look I find I reach for this. It is also super affordable with amazing quality. For more details check out my full review here.
Vichy Normaderm Tri-Activ Mask – This product has been SAVING my skin this month. My skin has been very active this month with break outs appearing like crazy. I rediscovered this product in my stash to help target these pesky breakouts. I apply it at night at night, before I go to bed, and when I wake up in the morning the breakouts have really calmed down. So happy I rediscovered this mask!
Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Caramello – I think the whole entire world knows that my favourite liquid lipsticks come from Stila. This month I think the only thing I have worn is this shade in Caramello and I have gotten so many compliments. It is the perfect nude that can pull any look together. If I want to change it up I just apply a gloss over top and it gives it a completely new look. Everyone needs to try Stila’s Liquid Lipsticks.
Real Techniques Stippling Brush – I purchased a new foundation brush at the beginning of March and I am in love. I feel like I am a little late jumping on the whole stippling brush band wagon… like years late. I love this brush because it gives me a lot of coverage without looking too heavy or cakey. It blends my foundation like a dream, while giving me the coverage I desire.
Smashbox Photo Matte Anti-Shine Primer – I have never really been a fan of Smashbox primers, until now. I tried their famous original primer a while back and was very unimpressed, it left my skin an oily mess. This month I ran out of my tried and true everyday primer and had the Smashbox Photo Matte Anti-Shine Primer in my stash and decided to give it a try. I am happy I did because I actually have been really enjoying it. It creates a perfect matte base and helps my makeup stay all day. The one downfall is that I don’t find it is very good at covering pores, but I was still very happy with the performance.
That’s it for my favourites! Did you have any products you loved this month?
Happy April,

Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊
Lovely picks!!
Thank you!!
I really want that palette, great post lovely💕
Ok – that Real Techniques foundation brush is my all time favourite. It puts my pricey Chanel one to shame, and I love anything by Vichy! Great brand!
I just tried the Real Techniques sponges (I’m so late to the game) and I love them too!! I regret not discovering them sooner.
Awww – no regrets! At least you found them!
Been wondering about micellar water for awhile now, might have to make the jump to this as part of my skincare routine!
Great post 🙂 x
